Delivery information

Standard Delivery

FREE on all orders. Typically your chosen product takes around 14 days to manufacture. After this your order will be delivered within 5 working days from the day of dispatch.

Our standard delivery will require you to assemble/install your items yourself. Need help? Why not try our Engineered Delivery service!

Engineered Delivery

For only £80 your order will be delivered by our fully-trained engineers who will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time to deliver your product at your convenience.

Once delivered, the engineers will assemble/install your product, provide you with a full demonstration and answer any questions you might have. They will even remove your old furniture, if required, and take away any unnecessary packaging, leaving you to start using your furniture straight away!

Returns & Exchanges

14 Day Cooling-Off Period: Changed your mind? Don’t worry. Our 14 day cooling-off period allows you to return your product (return fee applied). Simply contact us to start the process.

Customer Returns: You can return the product yourself. Products must be returned complete, unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Engineered Collection: For goods that need dismantling contact us within 14 days of original delivery to request a engineered collection (£80 fee applied). A fully-trained engineer will arrange a suitable day and time to collect the product – quick and fuss-free.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bespoke items or specially adapted items (unless they’re delivered faulty, damaged or incorrect)
